    So this is Dad’s Fall Chili, is perfect for a fall evening meal after a day of hay rides and apple picking. It’s a bit of prep work, makes some dishes, and takes time in the slow cooker so it’s not a last minute “I need food now” type meal. Now that you’re going into it with eyes wide open, it’s soooo good and the spice level can be turned up or down to meet your needs.     Cheesy-Mac-n-Beef

    Ok so the whole point of Hamburger Helper is to be quick and cheap, this cheesy-mac-n-beef isn’t that; it can be close, but it’s certainly not as “efficient” as the stuff from the box. That said, this cheesy-mac-n-beef doesn’t have to be more costly than the stuff in the box and it tastes so much better. You can use things that you already have in your kitchen to cut cost and use up those leftovers. Have leftover protein from another meal?
